For many years The Equitable Debenture Indemnity Corp. has served as Captive Insurer for EaCoFin Private Equity.

Recently EaCoFin Private Equity divested itself from its participation in the  Sachs Warburgh Finance Group.

However, EaCoFin does hold an equal share with Sachs Warburgh Capital Partners, New York, in Sachs Warburgh Fides sarl, an independent Trust Company in St. Martin, France. We will therefor maintain insurance cover for the clients of Sachs Warburgh Fides sarl if and when business may require such. EUROPA Kreditversicherungs NV, who we act as primary re-insurer for, does represent our operational interests in Europe and the Middle East.

As such EUROPA will also deal with any client that has a contractual relationship with either EaCoFin Private Equity, AXIOM Heritage Equity Group and/or Sachs Warburgh Fides sarl in Europe/MEA.

All these new and exciting developments require extensive changes to our operations and how we present our activities, consequently we are modifying our internet presence.
