For many years The Equitable Debenture Indemnity Corp. has served as Captive Insurer for EaCoFin Private Equity. Since EaCoFin recently took a majority stake during the MBO of the Sachs Warburgh FinanceGroup from its former owner the EUROPA FinanceGroup, the Equitable services the insurance needs of the member corporations of Sachs Warburgh.

After The Equitable had acquired EUROPA Kreditversicherungs NV from the former EUROPA FinanceGroup, we now act as primary re-insurer for EUROPA KV.

All these new and exciting developments require extensive changes to our operations and how we present our activities, consequently we are modifying our internet presence. We hope you bear with us as we change the look and functionality of our site.
